Telephone contact with the Severna Park people,i.e., Pam and Chuck Cochran, Emily and Lt.jg Sam Mitchell and Joshua Cochran has been unsuccessful. We can only imagine them being out in the middle of this white-out snow storm trying to get pictures. If they survive and have something to see they will be posted here!
